Inspired by print - colours: The Ankara fusion by Spotlight

April 26, 2017 | By May Okanigbe

Fashion in Africa has taken a really interesting turn over the years. No longer do we feel like we need to be clothed in foreign clothes to feel sexy. These days we have African everything, from shoes and bags to bikinis, and they are nothing short of breathtaking. Nothing gives me more joy than seeing someone completely comfortable in their own skin and nothing says so better than adorning our own indigenous attires in very stylish and fashionable ways.

Not only are these stylish Ankara touches beautiful to look at, they tell a story of culture, pride and confidence. Spotlight photos and imagery had this amazing Ankara fusion shoot that we just had to share. Enjoy.
