Cesar Ngado Desire (El Cesart) is a digital and traditional artist currently based in Manila, Philippines.

He begun taking fine art courses in his home Kigali, Rwanda. Art begun as a hobby and he took it seriously and studied concept art, digital painting, abstract art and photography.
